III. EQUIPMENT CAPACITY

The Feixuan CNC Glass Drilling-Milling-Machining Line is a multifunctional integrated system combining edge grinding, chamfering, drilling, and milling capabilities for continuous segment processing. This equipment processes glass/mirrors with thicknesses ranging from 2-19mm (drilling range 4-19mm). The front gantry automatically feeds glass panels into the system, which then undergoes edge grinding. Depending on specific processing requirements, the system automatically transfers panels for drilling and milling operations (including irregular holes). Additional internal grinding or optional processes are completed as needed, followed by automatic cleaning to achieve full continuous production. The system features built-in CAD design capabilities, allowing direct import of graphic files. Its standard drawing library enables processing through simple dimension adjustments.
