Equipment capacity
Feixuan CNC glass edging machine can grind edges, polish, chamfer, drill holes, and mill shapes,It can process straight edges, round edges, 45 degree beveled edges, 1/4 arc edges, and duckbill edges, and can be processed with inner and outer grinding and polishing techniques
The machine can process glass and mirrors with a thickness of 2-19mm, with a grinding speed of 0-15 meters per minute. It can be used in single or double stations to improve work efficiency.
Machinery can drill holes. Machinery has CAD software, and drawings can also be imported. The system has a graphic library, and after modifying the ruler of conventional graphics, processing can be completed. The machine can be equipped with a tool magazine system, a water supply spindle in the middle, expandable connections, and can be matched with a robotic arm for automated production

Glass processing center with robotic arm
After the glass is cut and processed by the cutting machine, it is placed on the glass frame in the processing area. The robot grabs the glass on the frame, completes the pre positioning, and places it on the workstation of the processing center; The machining center can be equipped with one machining station or two machining stations; After the edge grinding process is completed, the robot receives a signal and then grabs the glass and places it at the entrance of the cleaning machine or on the assembly line; Continuously repeating the aforementioned process to complete the grabbing, positioning, loading, and unloading of the film; The whole machine can be used in conjunction with the machining center production line
CNC edge grinding machine with transport mechanism
CNC edge grinding machine with transport mechanism can complete the process from cutting to edge grinding, which is transported by the transport mechanism. After the CNC glass edge grinding machine completes the processing, it is transported to the next production process and automatically completed in batch production without glass handling process, avoiding glass scratches
